Project story
Working as an extension of WeGo staff, Fairpointe supports project oversight, procurement and financing, strategic planning, engagement and communications, and design and construction management.
The program includes major Choose How You Move investments alongside projects that improve existing facilities and maintain a state of good repair. Fairpointe provides the structure and delivery oversight needed to align multiple projects, agencies, funding sources, and stakeholder groups.
