Project story
Working with a broad consultant team, Fairpointe helps NDOT manage a network of more than 1,600 miles of sidewalks and bikeways. The team develops project work plans, considers neighborhood demographics, and creates GIS maps and communication materials that help projects move forward on schedule.
Fairpointe facilitates meetings, staffs outreach events, develops targeted communications, and provides regular updates to Metro Council Members and constituents. Coordination with Vision Zero, Open Streets, Tactical Urbanism, and community organizations helps make engagement more efficient and consistent across related initiatives.
