Project story
The team facilitated discussions with coordinating committee members, business leaders, and interested parties, then researched existing plans, peer programs, regional policy, and industry trends.
An interactive survey and virtual stakeholder meetings gathered program perceptions and identified new focus areas. Fairpointe's analysis helped shape strategies that expand mobility choices and connect more people to opportunity.
