Project story

The Atlanta Regional Commission sought to modernize its public participation practices in response to major regional and national changes in policy, programs, and community expectations. Fairpointe helped establish procedures and outreach methods designed to make participation convenient, accessible, and meaningful across the region.

The updated plan centers equity, innovation, transparency, and accountability. Fairpointe also developed performance measures that ARC can use to evaluate outreach, target engagement, and sustain dialogue with communities throughout future planning and investment decisions.

Outcome

An updated participation framework with clear equity principles and performance measures for transparent, accountable outreach.
