Project story

The team reviewed adopted local and regional plans to align corridor recommendations with existing commitments and potential funding pathways. A field assessment documented multimodal conditions, safety issues, and access constraints, with emphasis on connections to anchor destinations identified in Memphis 3.0.

Fairpointe coordinated steering-committee engagement, documented decisions, created public-facing graphics and notices, and summarized the public-involvement process for the final plan. This work supported transparent decision-making and context-sensitive mobility improvements.

Outcome

A corridor plan aligned with local, regional, and state priorities and informed by transparent stakeholder communication.
