Project story
The 550-acre East Bank is becoming a major multimodal activity hub. Fairpointe's work aligns infrastructure investments with long-term city goals while planning for safe, efficient travel during football games, concerts, and other major events.
Deliverables include the East Bank Parking Study, a special events transportation demand management plan, the Nissan Stadium Transportation Control Plan, a communications and coordination plan, and a park-and-ride strategy.
Flexible, actionable mobility frameworks that help downtown Nashville move more effectively during its busiest events.
