WeGo Public Transit is seeking input on its Access program and welcomes feedback from the community. The Access program utilizes smaller vehicles to offer convenient door-to-door transportation, either through scheduled appointments or on-demand service. Interested riders are required to apply for Access and participate in an in-person interview to participate in the program.
Riders have the opportunity to share their experiences and provide feedback during public meetings scheduled for this week. Additionally, they can participate via Facebook livestreams or submit written feedback to wegotransit@nashville.gov.
