Ricci Kellum is an Operations and Engagement Intern. She is a Spring 24’ graduate from Tennessee State University where she received a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in Business. During her time at Tennessee State, Ricci conducted research and performed a study on Academic Self-Efficacy and the correlation between African American students and their desire to further their education. She has experience working with the State of West Virginia in their Office of Human Resource Management, Recruitment and Retention Unit. This role solidified her career path in HR and motivated her to pursue an MPS in Human Resources Leadership at Middle Tennessee State University. At Fairpointe, Ricci explores the different areas of HR within the transportation industry. She is enthusiastic about her internship and appreciates the knowledge and insights she is acquiring.
