Larry is Fairpointe Planning’s Principal and Greenville, SC Office Lead. He is a transportation professional with both public and private sector experience in transportation planning, most notably at the state level in long-range planning. His background includes developing and implementing a wide range of projects and initiatives through research, analysis of travel and safety data, coordinating statewide transportation planning efforts, oversight of metropolitan and rural planning organizations, and engaging communities to obtain public input on multimodal transportation initiatives. 

He is a knowledgeable project manager for statewide, regional, and local transportation planning studies with extensive experience working with high-ranking, local and state government officials. Larry is an engaging public speaker for planning solutions to organizational leadership and engaging the general public.

In his time outside of work, Larry enjoys spending time with his family, watching moves, DJing, and being creative.
