Ricci Kellum is Fairpointe Planning’s Operations Coordinator. She is a Spring 2024 graduate of Tennessee State University, where she earned a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Business. During her time at TSU, Ricci conducted research on academic self-efficacy and its relationship to African American students’ pursuit of higher education.
Ricci previously worked with the State of West Virginia’s Office of Human Resource Management in the Recruitment and Retention Unit, an experience that shaped her focus on human resources and operations. She is currently pursuing a Master of Professional Studies in Human Resources Leadership at Middle Tennessee State University and supports Fairpointe’s operational and HR functions.
