Shaterial Starnes

Shaterial is a social entrepreneur with a community engagement and social services background. As Fairpointe Planning’s Community Engagement Coordinator, her extensive experience helps build positive relationships between our clients, stakeholders, and the communities we serve.   Additionally, she develops engagement and outreach strategies for our numerous projects.     

Shaterial is also pursuing a certification in Data Analytics and will utilize this skill set within her role at Fairpointe. She believes that transportation is more than just moving people and goods, but it is also a means of empowering communities and improving their quality of life.

In her spare time, she loves to travel and spend time with her family and her dog, Winter.
